After registering with your name, email, telephone number, etc.; you then perform your search with your search parameters or search criteria e.g. Town or Towns, Type of Property, Price Range etc.

In order to receive daily emails of new listings that enter the market and to see them at the same time the realtors receive them; you MUST perform your search and SAVE your search.
